Projects
At the Civic Renewal Foundation, we bring spaces back to life. Our precincts are more than just revitalized buildings—they’re thriving communities, driven by local culture, sustainable economics, and empowered governance.

Together with our delivery partners ValueLab.Co, Impact Neighbourhoods International and Wrightwood Property Group, we steward a diverse portfolio of impact sites, from vibrant innovation and startup ecosystems to impactful placemaking initiatives addressing complex urban challenges, through to integrated neighbourhood spaces that blend living, working, and community-focused programming. Each precinct uniquely responds to local contexts, fostering resilience, creativity, and connectedness.
